Returns & Exchanges

At Gusto NYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to activate your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
